9 Family Fun Days for the October Holidays
Suddenly realised that you can’t drop the kids off at school next week for a few hours peace? No fear! We have compiled a list of 9 great activities to keep them busy, come rain or shine. From learning a new skill, to days out fun enough that even you will (secretly) be really looking forward to it, let’s make this October Week (that’s the Tattie Hols to all you fellow tcheuchters) one to remember!

A ‘wee’ bit outside of Glasgow, Loch Lomond Shores seems to have the whole week sorted when it comes to things to do. There are events on each day, from Saturday 15th until Sunday 23rd, including Big Bike Revival, Rainbow Twisters and Animal Man’s Mini Zoo. Want the kids to do something active for the October Week? Check out the Glasgow Sport Holiday Activity Programme by Glasgow Life. With Multi Activity Programmes you can take your kids from ages 5-11 to the Club 511, Glasgow Kids Club or Pool Activities. Got a wee one under 5? If you’re wee one is footy mad, why not sign them up to a F2 Ultimate Skills Camp at Lucozade Powerleague in Townhead, the world’s largest 5-a-side football specialist.
